Failure:

Failure is a necessary part of success because learning from prior mistakes will prompt necessary improvements. The only time an individual is a failure is when they quit for the last time. Success doesn't come in a straight line. Buffy tells students don't get discouraged when their plans are disrupted. Kobe Bryant, Jeff Bezos, and Donald Trump have the same sentiments when it comes to success. It's not about the destination but the journey. Embrace the obstacles and be stubborn with your vision with a relentless approach with unwavering commitment! Turn a negative into a positive. 

Special Note: For an elementary age group, Buffy uses words like don't quit, Keep trying, Practice, try again, do your best, pay close attention and keep eyes on the teacher.

Effort:

Intestinal fortitude is what separates high achievers.. Successful people are people that perform ordinary tasks extra ordinarily well! Success occurs when preparation meets opportunity.

Passion for Craft:

Pursue a career that we are passionate about and we will likely stay the course and overcome obstacles.. Choose a career that you get excited about every day.  Money is merely a byproduct of being successful.

Time:

Everyone has the same 24 hours in a day but successful people invest and manage their time wisely on ventures that are beneficial. Wasted time is wasted opportunity.

Self-Development:

Develop a skill and surround yourself with successful and like minded individuals An individual should work on their personal development physically, mentally and spiritually.

Compartmentalizing:

Instead of focusing on the end goal, focus on small victories while making daily progress.. .

Communication Etiquette

 The ability to network is crucial. Walk in an interview room with confidence and prepared. 

Humanitarian: 

The greatest act of mankind is to inspire others while being  grateful for what we have.
