Conflict resolution:
We encourage students great conflict resolution tactics. When a confrontation becomes heated it's important to understand that humans are not rationale while angry. Therefore, If one is aware of this fact they are better equipped to deal with a situation when this occurs. We recommend speaking to the other person with a soft tone of voice while trying to reason with an individual. Many times just saying two simple words "I'm sorry" will prevent a confrontation from escalating.
Self Control:
There is a constant spiritual warfare among human beings. The hasty spirit prompts youth to make irrational self-destructive choices by way of anger or wrath. The good spirit prompts fruitful choices by way of kindness through practicing conflict resolution. Exercising good self control is imperative in a heated argument before wrath intercedes. Buffy tells the story that happened in his home town that made the local news in which there was a confrontation between two women. Because of lack of self control, one of the women drove over the other woman with a car and she's been imprisoned for life.
Less Confrontational:
one should be as less confrontational as possible and pick their battles wisely. Every battle is not worth fighting in which many cases one can just walk away.
